I am buying
Purchase tax, financing and the structure of the acquisition, before you complete.
ATLANTIC provides specialist mortgage advisory to non-residents acquiring property in Portugal. From assessing eligibility and preparing the application to liaising with Portuguese banks and supporting completion, we guide each client through the financing process with clarity, precision and personal attention.
We also advise on the taxes that apply on purchase, Property Transfer Tax (IMT) and Stamp Tax, and on the structure of the acquisition. If you are moving to Portugal, NHR and IFICI may also need to be considered before you buy.
