The life of your investment
I let the property
Registration, reporting and tax on rental income.
From the registration of rental activity to ongoing reporting and tax compliance, such as VAT returns, Income Tax Returns and Invoicing, ATLANTIC supports non-resident property owners throughout the rental process in Portugal, bringing clarity, structure and confidence to every obligation.
Short-term and long-term lets are both in scope. The aim is that rental income is registered, reported and taxed correctly, without you having to assemble the process yourself.
